1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 999bv platform, including the website at 999bv.onl and the mobile application available for Android and iOS. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the 999bv platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2Eligibility

To register and use the 999bv platform you must meet all of the following criteria:

3Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one 999bv account. Creating duplicate accounts is not permitted and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information during registration constitutes a breach of these terms.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. 999bv will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately via the details on the platform. You should also change your password without delay using the account settings section.

Account Currency

All 999bv accounts are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). All deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion requirement for Pakistani players using local payment methods.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

999bv supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR.

Deposits

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 999bv sportsbook are subject to these general rules and any sport-specific rules displayed within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed when you receive a bet confirmation reference. A bet shown in your bet slip prior to confirmation is an offer only and is not binding until confirmed. 999bv reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, including where we suspect the bet involves information asymmetry, coordinated activity or any form of advantage play that falls outside normal recreational betting.

Odds and Errors

Live betting markets are offered on selected events including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports. Live odds update in real time. Bets placed during a delay between real-world events and their reflection in the platform are subject to review and may be voided if a material event occurred before the bet was accepted.

Void Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment without a result, manifest pricing errors, match fixing concerns, or technical failures that affected the integrity of the market. Voided bets are returned to your account balance as PKR.

6Bonuses and Promotions

999bv may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials or identity documents.
• Coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate markets or exploit system errors.
• Use of the platform by a person under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the account holder subject to the completion of any required verification and the absence of any outstanding obligations to 999bv.

You may also close your own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally, and any remaining balance will be returned via your registered withdrawal method.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 999bv platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, software, data feeds and game content — is the property of 999bv or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.

Unauthorised use of 999bv brand assets, including the logo, name or trademarked terms, is prohibited.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999bv's liability to you in connection with the platform and these terms is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time any claim arises.

999bv is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, data or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa or banking institutions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
